The Underground Coliseum
Located deep within the spiritual underground of Karakura Town, this arena has tournament style fights between Spirits, Quincies, Gifted Humans, and even Shinigami. Run by the myterious spirit, Yamamoto Gai, this coliseum is neutral in alignment, and gives prizes based on performance in their games.

This fair to do District of Rukongai houses many shops and activities considered luxuries by the lower districts. It also houses one of the newly founded Shinigami Garrisons.

This residential district houses those who can be considered "Middle-Class" in Rukongai Society. Life is kind here, far kinder than in the lower districts. One of the Shinigami Garrisons is located here as well.

52nd District of Rukongai
Here lies the Great Senkai Gate. The gate links together Soul Society and the Real World. A Shinigami Garrison has been here for years, but recently security has been stepped up.

78th District of Rukongai (Kusajishi)
One of the lowest districts of Rukongai. Kusajishi is filled with the worst scum the worlds have to offer. Organized Crime, Random Violence, and every vice imaginable run rampant in the streets. A special 11th Division Garrison has recently been established here.

80th District of Rukongai (Zaraki)
The absolute last organized district in Rukongai. There is no organized society here, simply martial law. Kill or be killed often takes precedence in this primitive society that makes even Kusajishi look sophisticated. A Shinigami Garrison was supposed to be established here, but those sent were never heard from again.

Here is where the 46 individuals responsible for the executive, legislative, and judicial matters of Soul Society reside. A large semi-public deliberation chamber at ground level, as well as private chambers and living quarters below where no one is allowed.

Fourth Division General Relief Station
This is where the Relief and Supply command center is located. There is also a superior hospital facility here. The Injured and Sick frequent this area, looking to be healed.

Training Grounds
Facilities are here for members of the Gotei ranks to train their skills in Zanjutsu, Hakuda, Kidou, Hohou, and the like. Special arrangements are needed for training in more energy-centric techniques.

Lyceum Arcanum
This is the center of operations for the Kidoushuu Magocacy. A sub-complex exists for the Magister, including private study facilities. Administrative buildings exist for the three Sorcerers, while members off all circles live in the dormitories and study in the massive libraries, each containing thousands of tomes of Arcane lore.
